G2MH Network Survey – Patient and Family Perspectives

  • Members of the Genes to Mental Health (G2MH) Network are interested in learning about why families and persons affected by changes in chromosomes or genes may or may not wish to participate in research studies
  • In addition, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, these same G2MH members are also hoping to learn about how families are coping during this difficult time
  • Individuals affected by changes in chromosomes or genes and their family members are invited to complete a short survey which has been approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
  • The survey is anonymous and all responses are confidential
  • G2MH members will not know who completed the survey and they will not be able to contact patients or their families regarding their responses
